Since our founding in 1981, the focus of our firm has evolved. Over the last 20 years we have devoted a significant amount of our effort to the corporate finance field. During this period we have worked with Wall Street and regional investment banks, money center and foreign banks, equity investor groups, hedge funds, mezzanine funds, institutional investors, corporate treasury and M&A departments.

Our corporate finance focus has allowed us to develop a number of relationships with private investors. These investors have called on us to assist their portfolio companies. We have executed a significant number of searches for portfolio company CFO's as well as searches for CEO, COO and VP of Marketing. Our operating industry experience includes manufacturing, distribution, technology & telecommunications, consumer products, commercial and consumer service, retail and every sector within the energy industry.

Our practice is predominantly retained search oriented, although we do assist clients with junior level corporate finance roles on a pure success fee basis. Although our primary market is Texas, we have completed numerous assignments in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, St. Louis, Denver, Washington D.C., Atlanta, New Orleans and Minneapolis.
