Doug has completed numerous searches for C-Level corporate executives and senior corporate finance professionals. He has significant experience finding executives for the portfolio companies of private investors. In addition, Doug has completed multiple searches for Investment Bankers, Investment Managers, Corporate Bankers and Alternative Investor oriented roles. After obtaining a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin, Doug began his professional career in the assurance department of Arthur Andersen & Co. Jim R. FordPrior to joining our team, James R. Ford spent the 15 previous years as a sole search practitioner. During his independent career, Jim first served the accounting field, and then the securities industry with a special focus on sales professionals. While with us, Jim has shifted his efforts more towards corporate finance. He has executed a multitude of Securities Research Analyst searches on both the sell side and the buy side. In addition, he has contributed to numerous operating company projects. Jim holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and began his professional career in the accounting field at Texaco. David A. ProdoehlDavid A. Prodoehl joined our team after working at a search firm that specialized in the accounting and finance fields. Prior to entering the search profession, David spent nine years with Continental Airlines in several finance roles. He began his career in the assurance practice of Ernst & Young. David, a licensed CPA, obtained his MBA from the Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University and his BBA from the University of St. Thomas. A native Houstonian of Cuban descent, David is fluent in Spanish. Kelly GriegoSince earning her MBA and prior to joining our team, Kelly Griego assisted investors and entrepreneurs in New York City with market research, business plan development and strategic consulting. Before business school, Kelly held marketing and public relations roles in the consumer products and media industries. Her focus at our firm is market research and relationship development. Kelly holds a BA from Stanford University and MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business
