Leadership Finance Roles

Within investment banking, private equity and corporate banking, we have executed numerous searches for senior leadership roles including Partner, Managing Director and Director.

Execution Finance Roles

In these same markets and in the hedge fund, investment management and institutional investor communities, we have completed a significant number of Vice President, Associate and Analyst searches.

Corporate Leadership Roles

We have conducted over 30 CFO searches for public and private companies. We have also conducted CFO searches for companies in bankruptcy. 

On several occasions, investors have hired us to conduct CEO searches to replace leaders either retiring or at companies dealing with dramatic financial and/or operational challenge.

The majority of our C-Level searches have been for the portfolio companies of private equity investors. We are extremely adept at finding C-Level executives for companies undergoing dynamic change and generating less than $1B in revenue.
