Since our founding in 1981, the focus of our firm has evolved. Over the last 25+ years we have devoted a significant amount of our effort to serving the financial management fields. During this period we have worked with Wall Street and regional investment banks, money center and foreign banks, equity investor groups, hedge funds, mezzanine funds and institutional investors. In addition we have assisted numerous operating companies in a wide variety of industries with "C" level roles and their direct reports.

Our practice is predominantly retained search oriented, although under certain circumstances we do assist clients on a pure success fee basis. Although our primary market is Texas, we have completed numerous assignments in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, St. Louis, Denver, Washington D.C., Atlanta, New Orleans and Minneapolis.
